My husband and I live in Nashville TN, and I am a first-time mom to a beautiful baby boy🤍. Navigating pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood has been one of the biggest challenges I have ever faced. This has created a passion in me to share my experiences through content creation and storytelling, with hopes of inspiring, educating, and even entertaining a community of amazing women as we all grow and navigate exciting new phases of our journey, I am passionate about prioritizing self-care and encouraging others to do the same in order not to lose ourselves in the process of taking on our role as mothers :).
